21-Day Fundraising Plan Intensive

The 21-Day Fundraising Plan intensive helps your team uncover revenue streams, tactics, and action steps to reach your fundraising goals. The ImpactFull Team shepherds the process, keeps things on track, and ensures your success. Work with us to transform your fundraising strategy through tailored coaching and collaboration.

Now, more than ever, nonprofits are being asked to revisit plans, build contingencies, and be in a constant state of readiness. We partner with you to build the quality tools you need in a prompt and playful way.

Using guided templates, directed homework, and weekly touch-base calls, your team will produce a comprehensive 12-month plan including clarified goals and detailed prospecting/solicitation strategies. The ImpactFull Team will review messaging and materials, ensuring your story is as strong as your strategy. Given the quick pace of the intensive, commitment to prompt assignment completion and timeline management will be central to your success.
